Discount Dental PlanTampa, FL
No Dental Insurance?? Don’t Worry, We have a Solution!!
Save 30% off our standard fee rates and get basic PPO fee rates instead.
One of the main reasons people stay away from the dentist is lack of dental insurance. Many times these individuals are in desperate need of dental treatment but the fear of high cost can be overwhelming without good dental insurance.
Our solution is our very own Special Discount Dental Plan which can dramatically decrease the out of pocket cost for dental treatment when compared to no insurance cash fees. We copied the same model that large insurance companies use today for their discount dental fee plan policies, except we cut out the middleman. This is NOT insurance, it IS a discount fee plan. There are no applications. No deductibles. No maximums. No claim forms. No pre-existing conditions. No denials. No waiting periods. No contracts. It is as basic as it sounds.
Here is how it works:
For an Annual fee of $75 per person (just like an insurance premium but a whole lot less) you will receive your initial new patient exam and x-rays (cleaning is separate) plus 30% off ALL IN OFFICE dental services. Here are some of the most common services included: x-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, extractions, dentures, partials, bite splints. (excludes orthodontics, tooth whitening, Botox, Juvederm and dental implant services.)
This Special Discount Dental Plan applies ONLY to our office and the dental treatment we do in our office. This plan does NOT apply to treatment referred to a specialist outside of our office. (Except root canals, we have contracted an Endodontist to provide this service at a 20% discounted fee)
It’s just like buying a Sam’s Club membership to get goods for less.
Our goal is to provide a program to help those people that would otherwise go without dental care because of no insurance.
Please surf our website to learn more about our office and the services we provide. Then call our office and get started! Give us a chance and we can help you smile with confidence!
Dental fillings have been around for ages as a way to restore and repair a damaged tooth; however, as dentistry has progressed dramatically, more people are considering metal-free dental fillings as opposed to the traditional metal filling. Traditional metal fillings have been a hugely controversial topic of discussion in the dental world because many people…
